About the role
- Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions (primary role) and support group sessions.
- We are looking for several mental health professionals to join our team and help drive our mission of providing high-quality, accessible care to patients.
- This role may be a fit for you if multiple of the following apply to you:
βοΈ You are passionate about increasing access to quality mental health care
β You are skill-full and provide outcome-focused care
β You have an innate ability to create awareness as you build relationships
β You are comfortable working in a telemedicine environment
β You are comfortable navigating ambiguous environments and rapidly improving processes
Youβre perfect if:
- You are qualified to independently practice therapy (Masters or M.Phil is a must)
- You are empathetic and a intuitive listener
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You have a passion for our mission of improving access to high-quality care for anxiety & depression
- You have worked collaboratively with doctors who are managing your clients' medication, in tandem to therapy you are providing (Optional)
